Now, with thousands of customers across Europe and our expansion into the US, we’re looking for an E-commerce Growth Manager to lead and scale our performance on Amazon and DTC. You’ll take charge of our growth strategy, performance metrics, and day-to-day execution across our e-com channels in the U.S.

This role is for someone who loves data and instinct, gets obsessed with optimizing product pages and ad funnels, and wants to build something meaningful in the wellness space.

🚀 What you’ll do

Own and scale Gäsper’s e-commerce performance in the U.S., primarily via Amazon + Shopify

Plan and execute growth strategies for DTC + marketplace channels – from traffic to conversion

Build and manage our paid ads funnel (Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon Ads) with performance in focus

Optimize product listings, landing pages, content and creative for conversion

Analyze performance daily/weekly and adjust campaigns, copy, targeting and budgets

Work closely with our Creative and Ops teams to launch campaigns, bundles, offers and new products

Identify and test new growth opportunities across platforms and partnerships

🌙 What we’re looking for

3–5+ years of experience managing DTC + Amazon growth in the U.S.

Deep experience with paid social, paid search, and marketplace optimization

You’re performance obsessed – ROAS, AOV, CAC, CVR are second nature to you

Strategic mindset but happy to get hands-on and scrappy

You know how to brief, test and iterate on creative (UGC a big plus!)

You love working cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
