Content & Community Manager – UK/IE Market

With 35,000+ happy sleepers across Europe, we’re expanding fast—and we’re now looking for a creative, community-driven voice to lead the charge in the UK & Ireland.
This role is for someone who loves storytelling, thrives in the world of lo-fi content, and knows how to build community that actually feels like one.
🎥 What you’ll do
Lead Gäsper’s organic content strategy for the UK/IE across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and email
Create engaging content that educates, entertains, and builds trust – always in Gäsper’s tone of voice
Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement (yes, we mean comment back with heart and humor 💬💜)
Build and manage local influencer & creator relationships for authentic content and collabs
Brief and direct creators, edit lo-fi videos, write punchy captions, and bring our sleep mission to life
Track performance, spot patterns, and share insights to evolve our content playbook
Collaborate closely with our Paid, Creative, and E-commerce teams to align on strategy and voice
🐑 Who you are
Native-level English speaker with deep cultural knowledge of the UK/IE market
2–4 years experience in social media, content, or community management
Strong writing skills with a feel for tone, timing, and storytelling
Confident with lo-fi tools (CapCut, Canva, phone-first creation)
Obsessed with trends, TikTok culture, and how to ride the wave without being cringe
A people person who genuinely loves connecting with community
Bonus: experience with influencer partnerships or DTC brands
