Now we’re ready to bring Gäsper to even more shelves across the DACH region – and we need a retail-savvy Sales Executive to lead the charge.

💤 Your mission

You’ll be responsible for driving retail growth in Germany, Austria and Switzerland – both with new accounts and scaling existing ones. You’ll pitch, negotiate, and build long-term relationships with buyers across pharmacies, wellness stores, and retail chains.

🌙 What you’ll do

Build and grow strong relationships with key retail buyers and partners

Identify new retail opportunities, pitch Gäsper, and negotiate win-win deals

Manage listings, price strategy, and retail calendar (promotions, activations, launches)

Collaborate with our Creative & Ops teams to ensure sell-in & sell-through success

Use sales data and customer insights to drive smart decisions and improvements

Represent Gäsper at key trade shows and in-market events when needed

💼 Who you are

You speak native or fluent German and strong English – written and spoken

You have 3–5 years’ experience in retail sales, ideally within wellness, FMCG, or pharmacy

You’re a confident negotiator who knows how to win buyers over with both charm and data

You understand the retail landscape in Germany (and preferably Austria + Switzerland)

You’re self-driven and like building things from the ground up

You love the idea of working at a high-growth, mission-driven brand

Bonus: You’ve worked with sleep, supplement, or health brands before
